Refined SU25 Process in S/4HANA 2023

 When the system is upgraded to S/4HANA 2023, the activities in SU25 have slightly different names and functions compared to earlier versions.

• What used to be “Search for obsolete applications (2d)” now appears as “Editing of Obsolete Transactions in Role Menus (2d)”.

• The step once called “Update of the application groups in role menus” has been renamed to “Update of Application Groups in Role Menus (2d)”.

And instead of “Roles to Be Checked (2c)”, the system now shows “Determination of Roles to Be Revised (2c)”.
